Es una página que ofrece -como dice su página inicial- "información clave sobre los efectos del consumo del alcohol en jóvenes". Como sigue diciendo, con ella pueden autoexplorar su consumo e identificar situaciones y conductas que puedan ser perjudiciales. En la página se pueden encontrar estudios, documentos clave, legislación y políticas de alcohol que pueden facilitar el trabajo con los jóvenes.
Entre otros muchos documentos está la última con información básica de todas las drogas: composición, efectos, riesgos, mitos y realidades, porcentajes de consumo...

Το μήνυμα είναι ξεκάθαρο. Ο Θεός είναι ένας και μοναδικός, δεν είναι τριαδικός η δωδεκάθεος, κανείς δεν του μοιάζει και κανείς δεν είναι ίσος μαζί Του δεν γέννησε κανέναν υιό και καμία κόρη και κανένα παιδί και ούτε προήλθε από γέννα καμιάς μάνας.
Αυτή είναι περιγραφή για τον Δημιουργό τον παντοδύναμο. Ένα Δημιουργό δίχως ατέλειες και ανάγκες, ένα Δημιουργό δίχως ανθρωπομορφισμούς, έναν Δημιουργό άξιο να λατρευτεί και άξιο να Τον υπακούσεις.
Πέρα από κάθε αμφιβολία το κοράνιο κεφάλαιο « ιχλας» ( 112: 1-4) παρουσιάζει μια αγνή μορφή μονοθεϊσμού.
Ο Προφήτης Μουχαμαντ, είπε σχετικά για αυτό το κεφάλαιο ότι « αποτελεί το ένα τρίτο ολοκλήρου του Κορανίου»
Το κεφάλαιο αυτό αποτελεί την βάση της πίστης στο Ισλάμ και είναι η καλύτερη απάντηση σε αυτούς που αναρωτιούνται πως και ποιος είναι ο Θεός σύμφωνα με το Ισλάμ.
Like eating right and exercising, sleeping well is also essential for a healthy lifestyle. It affects how you feel, your relationships, productivity and quality of life. While you sleep, your brain goes to work, consolidating the day's learning and re energizing the body.
The following tips can help you achieve a good sleep.
●Relax yourself – It is important to relax your mind before you go to sleep. Avoid activities that can cause anxiety or stress. Indulge in soothing activities such as a hot water bath, reading or listening to soothing music. These activities helps the brain to easily transit into sleep.
● Comfortable sleeping environment – Create a suitable sleeping environment by making the room dark and quit. Exposure to bright lights signals the neurons that it is time to awaken, not to sleep. Avoid any kind of noise and ensure your bedroom is cool, quiet, dark, comfortable and free of interruptions.
●Make sure your mattress and pillows are comfortable – Ensure that the mattress and the pillows are comfortable and supportive. Make the bed inviting by spreading clean, soothing colored sheets made of comfortable material.
●Go to bed light – Have your meals at least two to three hours before you go to sleep. Avoid heavy meals as eating too much shall make it difficult to settle down. Also, spicy food may cause heartburn and causes discomfort. Stick to smaller simpler meals.
● Avoid caffeine before bedtime - Caffeine is a stimulant and has an alerting effect. Caffeine products, such as coffee, tea, colas and chocolate, remain in the body on average from 3 to 5 hours, but they can affect some people up to 12 hours later. Even if you do not think caffeine affects you, it may be disrupting and changing the quality of your sleep. Avoiding caffeine within 6-8 hours of going to bed can help improve sleep quality.
●Avoid nicotine and alcohol close to bedtime - Nicotine is also a stimulant. Consumption of cigarettes and tobacco products makes it more difficult to fall asleep. Nicotine can cause difficulty falling asleep, problems waking in the morning, and may also cause nightmares. Although many people think of alcohol as a sedative, it actually disrupts sleep, causing nighttime awakenings. Consuming alcohol leads to a night of less restful sleep.
● Avoid exercise before sleep time - Exercising regularly makes it easier to fall asleep and contributes to sounder sleep. However, exercising sporadically or right before going to bed will make falling asleep more difficult. In addition to making you more alert, your body temperature rises during exercise, and takes as much as 6 hours to begin to drop. Finish your exercise at least 3 hours before bedtime. Late afternoon exercise is the perfect way to help you fall asleep at night.
● Maintain a routine - Our sleep-wake cycle is regulated by a "circadian clock" in our brain and the body needs to balance both sleep time and wake time. A regular waking time in the morning strengthens the circadian function and can help with sleep at night. That is why it is important to keep a regular bedtime and wake-time, even on the weekends and holidays.

Weiland sloot zich daarna aan bij de groep Velvet Revolver, die in 2002 door enkele ex-bandleden van Guns N'Roses uit de grond werd gestampt. Enkele weken geleden werd Scott Weiland uit Velvet Revolver gezet, omdat hij te "wispelturig zou zijn en teveel persoonlijke problemen heeft".

La gente no se podrá resistir a beberlas y compraran, compraran y serán felices. Destinaran todo su dinero a mi alcohol.”
Los otros dos se rieron y hicieron sus proyectos. Mamarrachin también, y empezaron a funcionar todos. Pero el malvado fiscal anticorrupción se dio cuenta de que pasaba algo raro y fue al parque del cerdo juerguista y a sus discotecas. Lo cerro por incumplir la normativa.
Después se perdió por el camino y lego a una macrociudad que no estaba en el mapa. Pregunto dónde estaba y se entero de que era toda una ciudad ilegal, y detuvo al hermano arquitecto, para mandar derribar las casas con la gente dentro.
Los dos hermanos compartían celda y cuando fueron a declarar acusaron a su hermano de ser también un corrupto. El fiscal pregunto que qué era el negocio de su hermano, y contestaron que la Gran Licorería Legarda. En ese momento el fiscal les miró, saco de su maletín una botella de y bebió.
“Hay veces en las que se hace la vista gorda. Ustedes no hacían algo bueno por la sociedad, pero si cerráramos ese templo al alcohol, el país entero entraría en caos. Wine Australia has had a program "Regional Hero’s" in the works for a while. The program is designed to convert us from thinking in terms of general Australian wine, or just a grape variety, to thinking about individual regions with grape varieties attached.
The recent article in The Times has picked up this and is further supported by reports that the average spend per bottle is up to £8.25 (from £7.24) Australian Trade Commission report.

Alessandro de Conciliis likens making wine to playing jazz. The analogy is a good one. Both take specific elements, put them into new combinations, mix the old with the new, and improvise when necessary to make things sing.
Based in Campania, de Conciliis makes a number of great wines, but I wanted to taste his sparkling wine because of the shared Roman heritage that this Italian region has with the French region of Champagne. When I think Italian sparkling wine I think Prosecco, but I'm learning that there's a whole world of choices out there in Italy if you like bubbles.
The 2005 Viticoltori De Conciliis Selim sparkling wine is just one example. ($19.99, K & L Wines; available elsewhere for between $15 and $20) Named after the jazz musician Miles Davis, it's made from 70% Fiano (variety #97 in my Wine Century Club) and 30% Aglianico grape varieties--the first native to the region, the second brought to Campania in ancient times by the Greeks. This was a good QPR sparkler, with a pronounced yeasty aroma. Citrus and nuts played a duet in the flavors, and the wine was active in your mouth with its abundant small bubbles/bead. This wine was better with food, given its yeasty aromas, and it went especially well with appetizers--especially those that involve bread like thin grissini, or nuts (I loved this with a handful of cashews).

If you were to review our careers in political life, we are sure there are only a handful of things we would agree on:
(1) The sun rises in the East and sets in the West.
(2) April 15 is Tax Day even though we have differing opinions on the tax itself.
(3) On Jan. 20, 2009, there will be a new president in the White House.
(4) And our days in the Senate and House, respectively, were some of our proudest.
We also agree on a topic important to all of us: We must take every step possible to ensure responsible drinking of beer, wine and spirits.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month and at this moment we all have the opportunity to provide consumers with basic information about alcohol, information that has been missing from labels. All foods and beverages are now labeled with basic nutrition information, except for alcoholic beverages.

Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson and his team at the department have an opportunity to fix this oversight. They are considering a rule that would modernize the labeling of wines, distilled spirits and malt beverages. The problem is that while the proposed label would require information about calories and protein per a defined serving, it does not require information about the essential ingredient: alcohol. That's right; Treasury is proposing a label for alcoholic beverages that does not include the amount of alcohol in a drink.
All standard drinks, 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or a shot of spirits contain the exact same amount of alcohol: 0.6 fluid ounces. Consumers must be provided this information so they can make an informed and hopefully responsible decision. They also need to know how many servings are in the container, as is traditional for all other foods and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are the only major source of calories that is not labeled. That needs to be fixed.
None of us would think of driving with a blindfold on but we are drinking with a blindfold and then in some very unfortunate cases getting behind the wheel. Treasury has the opportunity to fix this by publishing a rule that makes sense.
The proposal can be improved by requiring that the amount of alcohol per serving in fluid ounces and the number of standard drinks per container be included as part of the Serving Facts panel. The 55 percentage of the adult American population who choose to drink should have the ability to comply with the Dietary Guidelines' advice on "moderate" drinking. How can any of us comply if basic information continues to be kept from the consumer?
If the new label is going to tell people the number of calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein for a standard serving size, isn't it common sense that the label of an alcoholic beverage clearly and also plainly state how much alcohol is in it?
It's time to take the blinders off! Let's not have another Alcohol Awareness Month with the public unaware of the amount of alcohol per serving in wine, beer, and spirits.

In the past, pink champagne has often been considered inferior to the white variety. However, pink champagne, or rose, has been going through something of a revival in the past few years. If white champagne is seen as a celebratory drink, then pink champagne is sometimes seen as a celebration of romance. Turning white champagne into pink champagne comes down to one crucial part of the winemaking process.
There are only two ways that pink champagne becomes pink. One method is to add red wine to the white wine. This is the slightly easier method, and the depth of color of the red wine is up to the winemaker's preference. It can vary from a slight pinkish color to a dark red. The red wine used in the mix should be from the same area as the original white champagne.
The other method used to make champagne pink is slightly more complex and takes place while the wine is still in the vat. Traditional champagnes are made by mixing two-thirds black grape with one third white grape. After the grapes have been pressed, the skins of the black grapes can be left in with the white wine. This in effect dyes the wine red and produces pink champagne.
This process is still used today to make pink champagne, but it is not as popular or widely used as the first method. This is because the dying process is quite tricky to control. However, some people prefer leaving the black grape skins in to soak, as it gives the champagne a full-bodied flavor.
Only three different varieties of grape are used in the champagne making process: the white variety called Chardonay, and the two red varieties known as Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The sweetness or dryness of the champagne is determined by the amount of sugar added after the wine has fermented.
There are many different brands and types of pink champagne, but there is really only one true champagne. Real champagne is so called because it comes from an area in France called Champagne. Champagne is situated northeast of Paris. Wine experts insist that only champagne from this area can be considered true champagne.
